gtk2-engines-xfce software package provides GTK+-2.0 theme engine for Xfce, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-xfce
gtk2-engines-xfce is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gtk2-engines-xfce package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gtk2-engines-xfce *
You will get with gtk2-engines-xfce package name, version, architecture and description in a table
